ClawGuard uses a tight, smooth performance-mesh construction that is more resistant to everyday snagging and scratching than delicate traditional sheers. However, no textile is completely immune to persistent clawing, so we describe it as pet-resistant rather than indestructible.

ClawGuard is designed for daytime privacy while allowing natural light through. Like most sheers, privacy is reduced at night when indoor lights are brighter than the light outside, and silhouettes may be visible. Add a lining or pair it with another window treatment if nighttime privacy is essential.

The unlined 148 GSM fabric blocks approximately 30% of incoming light. It softens glare and diffuses harsh sunlight while keeping the room bright. Actual performance can vary with color, fullness, window direction and time of day.

The performance surface is water- and stain-resistant, helping small splashes and everyday marks clean up more easily. It is not intended as an outdoor waterproof barrier. Blot spills promptly and spot clean with mild detergent after testing a hidden area.

Cream has a warm ivory undertone that complements beige, wood and warm-neutral rooms. Soft White is lighter and more neutral without looking stark. Screen settings and room lighting affect color, so ordering a swatch is recommended.
